Role: Customer Service Representative (In Office)
Location: Otterville, Ontario
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday


Job Description:


You will be tasked with answering phone calls, scheduling work for our technicians, handling payments both in person and over the phone, assist with audits, and with troubleshooting customer equipment such as remotes, TV's or resetting their equipment.


Skill requirements:

  • Experience working with Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to the environment.
