The Internet Residential Service, as provided by Nor-Del Cablevision Limited, is for the personal use of the subscriber. The subscriber agrees NOT to act as a server, for peer to peer applications, nor participate in file sharing, this includes uploading and downloading, as these activities may adversely affect the use of the Internet for other subscribers. Any person engaging in these disallowed services, may have their service adjusted or disconnected.
