Q: How can I perform a Speed Test on my Internet service?
A: There are several sites available to test your Internet speed. We recommened using http://speedtest.nor-del.com/. All you need to do is click on "Begin Test". It will then tell you the download and upload speed.
Q: What could cause my Internet not to work?
A: Your router or cable modem may need to be restarted.
Proper procedure to reset your internet modem/router:
Unplug the power from behind the modem & router. Turn off your computer for 5 minutes. Plug the modem in first, make sure all of the lights are on, then plug in your router. Once the router lights are on, turn on your computer. When your computer has completely started up, wait about 2 minutes and your computer should be ready to go.

Q: I forgot my Nor-Del Cablevision Limited password, how can I reset it?

Q: Where do I return my modem when I move or no longer use Nor-Del Cablevision Limited services?
A: Please return the modem to 296 Main St. E Otterville, ON or you may call our office to arrange a pick up.
Q: How many e-mail addresses am I allowed?
A: Residential Internet packages are allowed up to 5 e-mail addresses.
Q: What do I require for a wireless connection in my home?
A: A wireless router is required to connect to our cable modem. We provide wireless cable modems available to rent or purchase. For more information about these modems, click here.
Q: What is a Megabyte?
A: A Megabyte represents a unit of storage for digital data, both for computing memory or storage, and data transmission. 1 Megabyte is made up of 1,000,000 bytes of storage capacity.
Q: What if I need a static IP address?
A: Call our office to obtain static IP addressess and for details on applicable charges.
Q: I am experiencing issues with my email account, what can I do?
A: Call our office at 519-879-6527 or toll free 1-800-563-1954 to address your issue.
Q: What if I am experiencing speed issues with my Internet?
A: First, run a speed test by going to http://speedtest.nor-del.com/. Take note of your speed, both download and upload, and if you are still experiencing slow service, please call 519-879-6527 or toll free 1-800-563-1954 with these details to help us investigate your issue. If Nor-Del Cablevision Limited needs to roll a truck to your address they will send us a ticket number and our office will contact you as soon as possible.
Q: Can you purchase Internet only?
A: Yes you can! Visit our High Speed Cable Internet page to see all of our Internet packages.
Q: Can you view your service usages online?
