Please advise our company at least a week in advance to arrange pick up of any equipment that belongs to Nor-Del Cablevision Limited and make any final arrangements regarding your account.

Are you transferring within our communities?
If you transfer within Delhi, Otterville,Norwich, Port Dover and Waterford, we will transfer your current services FREE of charge. Please give at least 1 week notice for your move so you don’t miss your favourite shows.

If you are Discontinuing our service for other reasons, please be advise that your service must be paid in full for the current month and your service will be terminated on or about the last day of the month.
